# Interval min vs Rhythm Bear

The clearest difference is rating: Interval min at 5.0 against Rhythm Bear's 3.0. Rhythm Bear's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 7 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Interval min holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Interval min's written reviews are positive against 67% of Rhythm Bear's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Interval min ships an update every 7 months, Rhythm Bear every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
