# WriteIdeas vs Charging Play Animation Sounds

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WriteIdeas at 100% against Charging Play Animation Sounds's 43%. WriteIdeas also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Charging Play Animation Sounds's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (771 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WriteIdeas sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Charging Play Animation Sounds sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Charging Play Animation Sounds holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Charging Play Animation Sounds has 771 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of WriteIdeas's written reviews are positive against 43% of Charging Play Animation Sounds's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WriteIdeas ships an update every 20 months, Charging Play Animation Sounds every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
