# Radiate vs Node Skela

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Node Skela at none against Radiate's 10. Radiate's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 1) and chart position (#95 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Radiate sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Node Skela asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Radiate against 5.0 for Node Skela. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Radiate has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Radiate ships an update fortnightly, Node Skela every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
