# Days vs Time Ago

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Days at 12K against Time Ago's 230. Days also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6). Time Ago's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Time Ago sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Days holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Days has 12K ratings behind it against 230, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Days's written reviews are positive against 77% of Time Ago's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Days ships an update every 5 days, Time Ago every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
