# Days vs Countdown Remind

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Days at 12K against Countdown Remind's 6. Countdown Remind's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Countdown Remind sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countdown Remind holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Days has 12K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Days ships an update every 5 days, Countdown Remind every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
