# Days vs Sunsets Reminder

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sunsets Reminder at none against Days's 19. Days's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 38) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Sunsets Reminder asks for nothing beyond the download.

Days holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Days has 12K ratings behind it against 38, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Days's written reviews are positive against 75% of Sunsets Reminder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Days ships an update every 5 days, Sunsets Reminder every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
