# Speedometer Simple vs VeloGuard

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Speedometer Simple at 131K against VeloGuard's 1. Speedometer Simple also leads on chart position (#22 vs unranked). VeloGuard's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Speedometer Simple sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and VeloGuard sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
