# Drops vs Chechen M(A)L

The clearest difference is rating: Drops at 4.7 against Chechen M(A)L's 4.0. Drops also leads on ratings volume (72K vs 1) and chart position (#183 vs unranked). Chechen M(A)L's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 13) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drops sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Chechen M(A)L asks for nothing beyond the download.

Drops holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drops has 72K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Drops's written reviews are positive against 100% of Chechen M(A)L's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
