# CI2Go The CircleCI Client vs Confluence Cloud

CI2Go The CircleCI Client and Confluence Cloud both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 78% of CI2Go The CircleCI Client's written reviews are positive against 21% of Confluence Cloud's. CI2Go The CircleCI Client also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and device support (5 vs 2). Confluence Cloud's advantage is ratings volume (3.7K vs 28) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Confluence Cloud holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Confluence Cloud has 3.7K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of CI2Go The CircleCI Client's written reviews are positive against 21% of Confluence Cloud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CI2Go The CircleCI Client ships an update every 4 weeks, Confluence Cloud every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
