# Big Days vs Ready Time

The clearest difference is ads: Ready Time at none against Big Days's shown. Ready Time also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). Big Days's advantage is ratings volume (590 vs 10) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Big Days sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Ready Time sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Big Days against 4.7 for Ready Time. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Big Days has 590 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 91% of Big Days's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ready Time's.

Big Days ships an update every 4 months, Ready Time every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
