# Big Days vs RingGauge

The clearest difference is ads: RingGauge at none against Big Days's shown. RingGauge also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 4 months). Big Days's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Big Days sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and RingGauge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Big Days ships an update every 4 months, RingGauge every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
