# UNDOK vs Home + Security

The clearest difference is monetization model: UNDOK at free against Home + Security's free with in-app purchases. UNDOK also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Home + Security's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 55%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UNDOK holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 244 and 379 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of UNDOK's written reviews are positive against 69% of Home + Security's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UNDOK ships an update every 6 weeks, Home + Security every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
