# APT IIN vs Civitatis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Civitatis at every 9 days against APT IIN's every 5 months. Civitatis also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (7.4K vs 7). APT IIN's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
