# Slots vs POP! Slots™

The clearest difference is ads: Slots at none against POP! Slots™'s shown. Slots also leads on review sentiment (70% vs 57%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). POP! Slots™'s advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (115K vs 1.1K). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slots sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and POP! Slots™ sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

POP! Slots™ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POP! Slots™ has 115K ratings behind it against 1.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Slots's written reviews are positive against 57% of POP! Slots™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slots ships an update monthly, POP! Slots™ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
