# FITIV Pulse vs Ether Trails

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ether Trails at every 4 days against FITIV Pulse's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FITIV Pulse sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Ether Trails sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FITIV Pulse ships an update fortnightly, Ether Trails every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
