# Hover vs FieldBuddys

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FieldBuddys at 100% against Hover's 45%. FieldBuddys also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and ads (none vs shown). Hover's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FieldBuddys holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4.
