# kasahorow vs Summary

The clearest difference is monetization model: kasahorow at free against Summary's free with in-app purchases. Summary's advantage is ratings volume (56K vs 4) and chart position (#16 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. kasahorow sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Summary sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for kasahorow against 4.7 for Summary. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Summary has 56K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of kasahorow's written reviews are positive against 72% of Summary's.

kasahorow ships an update weekly, Summary every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
