# ProKnockOut vs Cut and paste

The clearest difference is rating: ProKnockOut at 4.6 against Cut and paste's 3.4. ProKnockOut also leads on review sentiment (73% vs 33%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProKnockOut sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Cut and paste sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProKnockOut holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ProKnockOut has 74K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 73% of ProKnockOut's written reviews are positive against 33% of Cut and paste's.

ProKnockOut ships an update monthly, Cut and paste every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
