# ecoATM vs KanConnect

The clearest difference is rating: KanConnect at 5.0 against ecoATM's 4.5. KanConnect also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). ecoATM's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KanConnect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ecoATM has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ecoATM ships an update every 2 months, KanConnect every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
