# Timerix vs Custom Visual Timer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Custom Visual Timer at monthly against Timerix's every 2 months. Timerix's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
