# MSN vs ETTelecom

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ETTelecom at none against MSN's 1. ETTelecom also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). MSN's advantage is ratings volume (124K vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MSN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $20.00 per month. ETTelecom asks for nothing beyond the download.

ETTelecom holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MSN has 124K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of MSN's written reviews are positive against 50% of ETTelecom's.

MSN ships an update every 2 weeks, ETTelecom every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
