# MSN vs Sektor

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sektor at 100% against MSN's 38%. Sektor also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). MSN's advantage is ratings volume (124K vs 2) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MSN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $20.00 per month and Sektor sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sektor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MSN has 124K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of MSN's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sektor's.

MSN ships an update every 2 weeks, Sektor monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
