# MSN vs The Tatva

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Tatva at 90% against MSN's 38%. The Tatva also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). MSN's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (124K vs 4). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MSN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $20.00 per month. The Tatva asks for nothing beyond the download.

MSN holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MSN has 124K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of MSN's written reviews are positive against 90% of The Tatva's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MSN ships an update every 2 weeks, The Tatva every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
