# edX online learning vs Time Duration Calculator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: edX online learning at 82% against Time Duration Calculator's 33%. edX online learning also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 1). Time Duration Calculator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 214) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. edX online learning sells 43 one-off in-app purchases. Time Duration Calculator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Time Duration Calculator holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: edX online learning has 11K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of edX online learning's written reviews are positive against 33% of Time Duration Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
