# Hakuoki vs Pub Encounter

The clearest difference is rating: Pub Encounter at 5.0 against Hakuoki's 4.3. Hakuoki's advantage is ratings volume (72 vs 2) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hakuoki sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Pub Encounter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $13.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pub Encounter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hakuoki has 72 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
