# OAB Institucional vs Elgin Smart

The clearest difference is review sentiment: OAB Institucional at 100% against Elgin Smart's 18%. OAB Institucional also leads on iOS requirement (7.1 vs 14.0). Elgin Smart's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (44 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Elgin Smart holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elgin Smart has 44 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of OAB Institucional's written reviews are positive against 18% of Elgin Smart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
