# Ecosmarte vs Aiper

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ecosmarte at 100% against Aiper's 47%. Ecosmarte also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Aiper's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 24 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ecosmarte holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aiper has 267 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
