# Chapters vs Voice Teleprompter PRO

The clearest difference is update cadence: Voice Teleprompter PRO at weekly against Chapters's every 7 months. Voice Teleprompter PRO also leads on ratings volume (227 vs 2) and review sentiment (47% vs 33%). Chapters's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.6) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Chapters costs $9.99 and Voice Teleprompter PRO $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Chapters holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Voice Teleprompter PRO has 227 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Chapters's written reviews are positive against 47% of Voice Teleprompter PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Chapters ships an update every 7 months, Voice Teleprompter PRO weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
