# Live BART vs UnitransNow

The clearest difference is rating: Live BART at 4.6 against UnitransNow's 3.9. Live BART also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 22) and device support (4 vs 2). UnitransNow's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 49%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Live BART holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live BART has 2.1K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Live BART's written reviews are positive against 71% of UnitransNow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Live BART ships an update every 6 weeks, UnitransNow fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
