# GenGold vs TenantCloud

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TenantCloud at 6.2K against GenGold's 29. TenantCloud also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). GenGold's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 27%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for GenGold against 4.6 for TenantCloud. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TenantCloud has 6.2K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of GenGold's written reviews are positive against 27% of TenantCloud's.

GenGold ships an update every 2 months, TenantCloud every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
