# i vs LifeTally

The clearest difference is update cadence: LifeTally at every 2 days against i's every 5 days. i's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. i sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and LifeTally sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

i ships an update every 5 days, LifeTally every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
