# Notoriety vs Easy Notebook

The clearest difference is rating: Easy Notebook at 4.4 against Notoriety's 3.6. Easy Notebook also leads on ratings volume (138 vs 8) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). Notoriety's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 38%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notoriety sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Easy Notebook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Easy Notebook holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Notebook has 138 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Notoriety's written reviews are positive against 38% of Easy Notebook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Notoriety ships an update every 6 months, Easy Notebook every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
