# AS 24 Driver vs Tachogram

The clearest difference is monetization model: AS 24 Driver at free against Tachogram's freemium. AS 24 Driver also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Tachogram's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AS 24 Driver ships an update every 3 months, Tachogram every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
