# Fisheye Plus Pro Camera vs Ball Lens Camera

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fisheye Plus Pro Camera at 81% against Ball Lens Camera's 20%. Fisheye Plus Pro Camera also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 30 months). Ball Lens Camera's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and rating (4.1 vs 3.9). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Ball Lens Camera is free to download; Fisheye Plus Pro Camera costs $2.99 up front. Fisheye Plus Pro Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ball Lens Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ball Lens Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fisheye Plus Pro Camera has 1.9K ratings behind it against 67, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Fisheye Plus Pro Camera's written reviews are positive against 20% of Ball Lens Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fisheye Plus Pro Camera ships an update fortnightly, Ball Lens Camera every 30 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
