# ANANDALOK vs FRIDAAY

The clearest difference is monetization model: FRIDAAY at free with in-app purchases against ANANDALOK's subscription. FRIDAAY also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 15 months). ANANDALOK's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ANANDALOK sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 3 months and FRIDAAY sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ANANDALOK ships an update every 15 months, FRIDAAY every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
