# Pixel Goldfish vs Run From Ghosts

The clearest difference is ads: Pixel Goldfish at none against Run From Ghosts's shown. Run From Ghosts's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pixel Goldfish sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Run From Ghosts sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Goldfish ships an update every 7 months, Run From Ghosts weekly. Both last shipped on October 3, 2026.
