# WCRI vs Garth LIVE

The clearest difference is update cadence: Garth LIVE at every 4 days against WCRI's every 4 months. Garth LIVE also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). WCRI's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Garth LIVE holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 22 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of WCRI's written reviews are positive against 80% of Garth LIVE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WCRI ships an update every 4 months, Garth LIVE every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
