# Water Splash vs Easter Sweeper

The clearest difference is ads: Easter Sweeper at none against Water Splash's shown. Easter Sweeper also leads on iOS requirement (13.3 vs 15.0). Water Splash's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Water Splash sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Easter Sweeper sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Water Splash holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2.4K and 2.8K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Water Splash's written reviews are positive against 76% of Easter Sweeper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Water Splash ships an update every 6 weeks, Easter Sweeper every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
