# Be Focused Pro vs StopButton

The clearest difference is price: StopButton at $1.99 against Be Focused Pro's $19.99. StopButton also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 81%). Be Focused Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (3K vs 7). On rating, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Be Focused Pro costs $19.99 and StopButton $1.99 up front. StopButton sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Be Focused Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

Be Focused Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Be Focused Pro has 3K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Be Focused Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of StopButton's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Be Focused Pro ships an update every 5 months, StopButton fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
