# Renfe Cercanias vs TRIBBU

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TRIBBU at 71% against Renfe Cercanias's 11%. TRIBBU also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Renfe Cercanias's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (566 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Renfe Cercanias holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Renfe Cercanias has 566 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Renfe Cercanias's written reviews are positive against 71% of TRIBBU's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Renfe Cercanias ships an update monthly, TRIBBU weekly. Both last shipped on October 9, 2026.
