# Atomas vs Pyralinks

The clearest difference is ads: Atomas at none against Pyralinks's shown. Atomas also leads on ratings volume (3.4K vs 102) and review sentiment (94% vs 83%). Pyralinks's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and chart position (#123 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Atomas sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Pyralinks sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Atomas against 4.7 for Pyralinks. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Atomas has 3.4K ratings behind it against 102, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 94% of Atomas's written reviews are positive against 83% of Pyralinks's.

Atomas ships an update monthly, Pyralinks every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
