# Full vs Eden's Almanac

The clearest difference is rating: Full at 5.0 against Eden's Almanac's 4.1. Full also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Eden's Almanac's advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 40%) and ratings volume (14 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Full sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year and Eden's Almanac sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Full holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Full's written reviews are positive against 70% of Eden's Almanac's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Full ships an update every 5 days, Eden's Almanac fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
