# Nightingale Music Box vs VoiSona

The clearest difference is rating: Nightingale Music Box at 4.9 against VoiSona's 4.2. Nightingale Music Box also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 13) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). VoiSona's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (149 vs 18). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VoiSona sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Nightingale Music Box asks for nothing beyond the download.

Nightingale Music Box holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VoiSona has 149 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Nightingale Music Box's written reviews are positive against 77% of VoiSona's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
