The clearest difference is update cadence: Password Safe Manager & Vault at every 6 days against Password Manager's every 5 weeks. Password Safe Manager & Vault also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 56) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Password Manager's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0).
