# Trust SmartHome vs Innr

The clearest difference is rating: Innr at 1.6 against Trust SmartHome's 1.0. Innr also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (8 vs 2). Trust SmartHome's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 3%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Innr holds the better App Store score, 1.6 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Trust SmartHome's written reviews are positive against 3% of Innr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trust SmartHome ships an update fortnightly, Innr every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
