# Façade Studio vs MyTheme

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyTheme at 70% against Façade Studio's 25%. MyTheme also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (27K vs 1). Façade Studio's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Façade Studio sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and MyTheme sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Façade Studio holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyTheme has 27K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Façade Studio's written reviews are positive against 70% of MyTheme's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Façade Studio ships an update every 4 months, MyTheme every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
