# Countdown for Disney vs Disneyland®

The clearest difference is rating: Disneyland® at 4.7 against Countdown for Disney's 3.6. Disneyland® also leads on ratings volume (1.9M vs 258) and chart position (#5 vs unranked). Countdown for Disney's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown for Disney sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Disneyland® sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Disneyland® holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disneyland® has 1.9M ratings behind it against 258, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of Countdown for Disney's written reviews are positive against 43% of Disneyland®'s.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
