# Burger Stack vs Slices

The clearest difference is rating: Slices at 4.6 against Burger Stack's 2.8. Slices also leads on ratings volume (321K vs 95). Burger Stack's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slices sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Burger Stack asks for nothing beyond the download.

Slices holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slices has 321K ratings behind it against 95, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of Burger Stack's written reviews are positive against 21% of Slices's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Burger Stack ships an update every 11 days, Slices every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
