# Interval Timer vs FourEver

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FourEver at 100% against Interval Timer's 21%. FourEver also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Interval Timer's advantage is ratings volume (538 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and FourEver sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FourEver holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Interval Timer has 538 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
