# Buzz vs TIYA

The clearest difference is rating: Buzz at 4.4 against TIYA's 3.7. Buzz also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 34%). TIYA's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 1.5K) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buzz sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and TIYA sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Buzz holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TIYA has 10K ratings behind it against 1.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Buzz's written reviews are positive against 34% of TIYA's.

Buzz ships an update every 3 weeks, TIYA every 11 days. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
